craft services for film and television
The craft truck on set, serving coffee, cold drinks and snacks for the crew all day. Studio lots, location shoots, night units.
Our owner has worked craft on productions including Avengers, Spider-Man and Star Wars — and to be straight with you, that was somebody else's craft service rather than WoldCoffee's. The company is new; the experience behind it is not.

how it works
Enquiry
Send us the shooting dates, the location and the crew number, and we'll take it from there.
Quote and spec
We come back with a price and a written spec — what arrives, when it arrives, and what it needs from the production.
Pitch and access
We'll sort the pitch, the access, the hook-up and an arrival window with you beforehand, so it's all settled well before the day.
On the day
On a big job we'll take a set-up day and a rig day. Otherwise we're set up and serving for crew all day, from before call through to wrap.
Coverage
where we work
We serve London studios and studios across the south of England, including Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire.
We're based in Chipping Norton, so the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire are on our doorstep. Further afield is no trouble either — have a word with us and we'll work something out.
We are listed on 4RFV, the directory the UK film, television and video industry books from.
The same trailer and the same team also cover event and private hire coffee and workplace coffee.
Allergens
dietary requirements and allergens
- Allergen information is available for everything we serve.
- Vegan and gluten-free options are standard rather than a special request.
- Dietary requirements just need to be with us before the job starts and we'll have them covered.
Pricing

Day rates depend on crew size, hours and location. Tell us the shape of the shoot and we'll put a proper price together for you.
Questions
craft services, answered
What is craft services on a film set?
It is what keeps a crew going between meals: hot drinks, cold drinks and a snack table. Our craft truck turns up, sets up and stays open all day, with a craft table beside it.
Can we work alongside catering?
Yes, and it's the normal arrangement. We do the coffee, the cold drinks and the craft table, catering does the meals, and everybody gets on with it.
What is on the craft table?
It varies from job to job. Mornings are usually yoghurt bowls, fruit, pastries and other light snacks, afternoon snacks follow later, and evening snacks change day to day for late calls. The table is out between catering and lunch hours.
Do you need power and water on location?
Yes, both — a 32A hook-up and a mains water point. Let us know what's on the pitch and we'll work with what you've got.
How early can you be on set?
As early as you need us. We're set up and pouring before crew reach us, so send us your call time and we'll be there ahead of it. Early calls are completely normal for us.
How many crew can you serve?
Send the crew number and the shape of the day and we'll tell you whether one setup covers it. A busy turnaround is a different job from a long steady one, so we'd rather size it against your real schedule than publish a figure that doesn't survive contact with it.
Can you cover night shoots?
Yes, happily. Hot drinks through the night, evening snacks on the craft table, and service built around the turnarounds rather than the clock. Send us the call and the expected wrap and we'll shape the day around them.
How do you handle allergens and dietary requirements?
Allergen information is available for everything we serve, and vegan and gluten-free options are standard rather than a special request. Just let us know about any dietary requirements before the job starts and we'll have them covered.
How far will you travel?
We're based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, and we serve London studios and studios right across the south of England. If you're further afield, get in touch — we'll come up with a plan that works for you.
How much notice do you need to book?
Ask even if it's short. Productions move, and we'd much rather hear about a date we might be able to cover than not hear at all. We'll let you know straight away.
Are you insured and food hygiene rated?
We hold public and products liability and employers' liability cover, with certificates available on request. On food hygiene we're registered with our local council and hold the certificate it issues ahead of inspection; the FHRS inspection and rating are pending, and the rating will be published here as soon as it's issued.
let's talk about your shoot
