Workplace coffee

workplace coffee

The trailer parks up at your workplace and your team wanders over for a proper coffee, freshly made and made with a bit of love. One morning, a staff day, or the same slot every week.

Services

what we do for a workplace

Coffee at your workplace
The trailer on your car park, yard or courtyard for a morning, a launch, a staff day or the same slot every week. A real barista on the machine throughout, which beats whatever the box in the kitchen is doing.
Come up to the hatch
Your team comes over, tells the barista what they fancy and watches it get made. Freshly made in front of you always tastes better than something that has been sitting in a jug.
A standing weekly visit
The same day and the same time each week, invoiced monthly. Your team gets used to us being there, which is half the fun of it.

Sequence

how it works

  1. Say hello

Tell us the address, roughly how many people you have and whether you want a one-off or a standing visit. The postcode and the access are what we need first.

  2. Pitch check

We'll check the access, the hook-up and the water point with you before quoting, so we know the trailer fits and can connect once it gets there.

  3. On the day

The trailer arrives, sets up and the hatch opens. Your team comes over whenever they fancy one, right through the visit.

  4. Invoicing

One invoice per visit, or monthly for a standing account. Wold Coffee Limited is not VAT registered, so invoices carry no VAT.

From you

what we need on site

Power and water are the two that matter to us. A business park usually has both, so it's worth a quick word with your facilities team.

  • A 32A electrical hook-up within reach of where the trailer will stand.
  • A mains water point we can connect to.
  • Vehicle access for the trailer and the towing vehicle, and somewhere level to stand it.
  • A contact on site on the day, and the gate or barrier code if there is one.

Coverage

where we work

We cover Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds from Chipping Norton, and tow to workplaces and business parks across the south of England.

A standing weekly visit justifies a longer run than a one-off does, so do feel free to ask wherever you are and we'll see what we can make work.

The same trailer and the same team also cover craft services for film and TV and event and private hire coffee.

Questions

workplace coffee, answered

Can we set up a weekly visit?

Yes, and it's our favourite way to work. The same day and the same time each week, invoiced monthly, and either side can stop it with a week's notice. Your team gets used to us being there, which is half the fun of it.

What do you serve?

A full espresso menu and the speciality coffees, a proper choice of teas, chai lattes, matcha and hot chocolate, plus smoothies and iced drinks, with freshly made pastries alongside. Allergen information comes with everything, and vegan and gluten-free options are standard.

Do you need power and water at our premises?

Yes. A 32A electrical hook-up within reach of where the trailer will stand, and a mains water point. A business park usually has both, so it's worth a quick word with your facilities team.

Do you cover my postcode?

We cover Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds from Chipping Norton, and tow to workplaces and business parks across the south of England. A standing weekly visit justifies a longer run than a one-off does, so do ask wherever you are.

How do invoices and VAT work?

One invoice per visit, or a single monthly invoice for a standing account. Wold Coffee Limited is not VAT registered, so our invoices carry no VAT. Purchase order numbers and supplier onboarding forms are fine — send them with the enquiry.
