wedding coffee van hire
Coffee for the gap in the day: after the ceremony, through the photographs, or late on once the bar has quietened. We set up away from your timeline and serve from the trailer without borrowing your caterer's kitchen or power. Send us the running order and we will work to it rather than around it.
All we need is a 32A electrical hook-up and a mains water point — worth checking with your venue early.
Weddings
where the coffee trailer fits into your day
- After the ceremony
- The stretch between the ceremony and the meal is the one that drags. Coffee there gives people something to do with their hands while the photographs are being taken.
- Through the photographs
- Group shots always take longer than the plan says. We look after everybody who isn't in the shot while the photographer arranges the ones who are.
- Late on
- Once the bar has quietened, coffee is what keeps people at the party rather than in a taxi. Espresso, hot chocolate, and iced drinks if the evening is a warm one.
- Around your other suppliers
- We serve from the trailer, so your caterer keeps their kitchen and their counter. Send us the running order and we will agree our times with the venue before the day rather than on it.
From you
what we need on site
Power and water are the two that matter to us. The rest of this list is just so the trailer can get in and stand somewhere level.
- A 32A electrical hook-up within reach of the pitch.
- A mains water point we can connect to.
- A pitch on firm, level ground, clear of your guest route.
- Vehicle access to the pitch for the trailer and the towing vehicle.
- An agreed arrival window, confirmed with the venue rather than assumed.
- Somewhere to dispose of waste water if the venue has it — we take it away otherwise.
Pricing
what it costs
Price depends on the date, the location, the hours and how many people we are looking after. Send us those and we will put together a price for the booking as a whole.
Everything that comes with a booking — the trailer, the barista, the menu and the clear-down — is listed in full on events and private hire.
Questions
weddings, answered
When in the day should the coffee van arrive?
The two slots that work hardest are the gap after the ceremony and late evening once the bar has quietened. Plenty of couples want both, which usually means we stay through rather than leave and come back. Send the running order and we'll tell you what we would do with it.
Will you get in the way of our caterer?
No. We serve from the trailer, so we aren't using their kitchen or standing at their counter. We do need the venue's own power and water, so mention us when you confirm the supplier list and we'll agree the pitch with the venue directly.
Can the trailer go on a lawn?
It needs firm, level ground and vehicle access to get in and back out again, so a lawn is usually fine in June and a problem after a week of rain. Send a photo or a site plan of the spot and we'll confirm it before you book rather than on the day.
Is there a wedding package price?
No. The booking is quoted as a whole rather than per head, so the price is clear before you commit to anything. The date, the venue, the hours you want covered and rough guest numbers are all we need to quote it.

we would love to be part of your day
We will do everything we can to make it as special as it should be. Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests you're expecting, and we'll come back with a price and the couple of things we need from the venue.
