- Quiet, often early, and usually at a village hall or a house. We set up without making an event of the setting up, and clear down the same way.

- A 32A electrical hook-up within reach of the pitch.
- A mains water point we can connect to.
- A pitch on firm, level ground, clear of your guest route.
- Vehicle access to the pitch for the trailer and the towing vehicle.
- An agreed arrival window, confirmed with the venue rather than assumed.
- Somewhere to dispose of waste water if the venue has it — we take it away otherwise.

Price depends on the date, the location, the hours and how many people we are looking after. Send us those and we will put together a price for the booking as a whole.
Everything that comes with a booking — the trailer, the barista, the menu and the clear-down — is listed in full on events and private hire.

Can you come to a house rather than a venue?
Often, yes — access decides it rather than the address. Send a postcode and we'll tell you whether the trailer and towing vehicle fit. We would also need a 32A hook-up and a mains water point, so that is worth checking early on.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No. The booking is quoted as a whole, so a small party is priced on the hours and the travel rather than turned away for a headcount.
Is there anything for children?
Hot chocolate, smoothies and iced drinks, with pastries alongside. Allergen information is available for everything we serve, and vegan and gluten-free options are standard rather than a special request.
Can you cover a wake at short notice?
Ask, even if the notice is very short. We'll tell you straight away whether we can hold the date rather than leaving you waiting on an answer.
