what we need on site
Power and water are the two that matter to us. The rest of this list is just so the trailer can get in and stand somewhere level.
- A 32A electrical hook-up within reach of the pitch.
- A mains water point we can connect to.
- A pitch on firm, level ground, clear of your guest route.
- Vehicle access to the pitch for the trailer and the towing vehicle.
- An agreed arrival window, confirmed with the venue rather than assumed.
- Somewhere to dispose of waste water if the venue has it — we take it away otherwise.
Pricing
what it costs
Price depends on the date, the location, the hours and how many people we are looking after. Send us those and we will put together a price for the booking as a whole.
Everything that comes with a booking — the trailer, the barista, the menu and the clear-down — is listed in full on events and private hire.

Can you serve during a conference?
Happily — it's one of our favourite jobs. Send the agenda and the headcount and we'll tell you whether one setup covers it.
Do you invoice the company rather than take card payments?
Yes. One invoice per booking, purchase order numbers welcome, and supplier onboarding forms are fine — send them with the enquiry. Wold Coffee Limited is not VAT registered, so our invoices carry no VAT.
Can you send certificates to our facilities team?
Yes, direct to whoever needs them: our public and products liability and employers' liability certificates, our food hygiene registration and our equipment test certificates.
Is there anything to eat?
Freshly made pastries come out alongside the coffee, and that's the food side of it — we're a coffee trailer rather than a caterer. We're very happy to work alongside whoever is doing the food.
